About

Elisa A. Gaudet has 20 years of golf industry experience in the U.S., Europe and Latin America including executing the 2002 EMC World Cup for the PGA TOUR. She also headed up sponsorship, marketing and PR for the Tour de las Americas (Latin PGA Tour). Experienced in TV rights negotiations, sponsorship procurement and activation, marketing, player relations benchmarking studies and large-scale destination marketing, including a benchmark study and strategy for the government of the Dominican Republic specifically related to golf as a tool to drive investment revenue and development. Founded Executive Golf International, a strategy driven golf marketing firm that was responsible for creating Women’s Golf Day among many other notable projects and clients. Elisa created the strategic blueprint for an International Women’s Golf Day started in 2016 and held on the same day ( first Tuesday in June) everywhere around the world. To date over 900 locations in 56 countries have participated engaging thousands of women worldwide through the game of golf thus creating a global movement. In a historically male dominated sport, International Women’s Golf Day transcends language, culture, religion, politics and age. The ability to mobilize and scale very rapidly, 68% growth in year two, has generated significant interest from the sports and business industry. WGD’s primary hashtag #womensgolfday received over 47 million impressions to nearly 25 million activating the day of the event across Facebook, Twitter & Instagram alone. She is the author of the Two Good Rounds book series.

Prior to golf, Elisa worked in the entertainment industry for over ten years as a model and SAG and AFTRA actress. She has appeared on numerous radio and TV programs and has been a guest speaker on a variety of golf topics as well as hosting golf programming and segments on lifestyle, travel and the 19th hole. She has spoken at numerous sports and business conferences internationally including the International Sports Conference- Geneva, Asian Pacific golf Summit – India, European Golf Course Owners Association, Golf Inc and many corporate speaking engagements. She is an award winning writer and her syndicated monthly column ran for 9 years and has appeared in Huffington Post, Cybergolf , New England Golf Monthly, Florida Golf Central, Visit Miami Book, Alaska Inflight magazine, Golfers Guide, Stratosphere private jet magazine. In 2011 the first book in the Two Good Rounds series was published (Skyhorse Publishing) : Two Good Rounds – 19th Hole Stories from the World’s Greatest Golfers based on interviews with 36 of the top golfers in the world discussing fun, feel good memories on and off the golf course. In Two Good Rounds SUPERSTARS– Golf Stories from the World’s Greatest Athletes 54 of the top athletes in the world share their stories and passion for golf. Two Good Rounds TITANS– Leaders in Industry & Golf contains interviews from 33 CEO’s from around the world who own their own golf course and shares the importance of golf, business and how golf has impacted their lives.

Elisa is a graduate of George Mason University and has additionally studied at Stanford University, University of Valencia, Spain, Imperial College of London and University of Paris Sorbonne. She has traveled extensively and has lived in London, Paris, Geneva, Tokyo, Cape Town, San Francisco, Washington D.C, Los Angeles, Mexico, Barcelona, and Miami and now splits her time between New York City and West Palm Beach, Florida.
