About
Jason Sigurdson is the Founder of Leadership Made Simple which provides leadership, consultation and best practice solutions to hospitality, golf and not-for-profit organizations in Canada and the United States.
He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, service and not-for-profit industries; working for some of western Canada’s most recognized brands. His passion lies in the topics of leadership, F&B operations, innovation and coaching. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and Organizational Studies. He has frequently been asked to speak to audiences at universities across North America as well as other national and international conferences, workshops and seminars.
In 2014, Jason was one of the first 50 in Canada to earn the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation and the first in British Columbia to achieve the Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation in 2017. These designations have been the hallmark of professionalism in club management since 1965 when first introduced by the Club Management Association of America.
