Over his 18-year private club management career, Lew has served a variety of different types of clubs; an historic member-owned club, a developer-owned club, and a 15-year-old transitioned club. As Chief Operating Officer for eight years at Heritage Club near Cincinnati, Lew led a successful effort to develop and implement a 10-year strategic plan for the club.
