Since July of 2019, Ryan has found his culinary home at the Derrick Golf & Winter Club.

A NAIT Culinary Arts graduate and former Executive Chef at the Belvedere Golf & Country Club, Ryan has over 20 years of experience in menu development, food preparation, and culinary team management. His extensive experience comes from many years of honing his craft in executive oilfield lodging as well as in numerous hotels and restaurants, including Edmonton’s first standalone Wine Bar and the Earls group of restaurants. Ryan has continued to push the boundaries of the private club culinary scene with his transformative and innovative approach to redesigning food and beverage programs.

Ryan derives great satisfaction and personal enjoyment within the private club industry as it provides a unique opportunity to truly connect with members. Ryan has proven to be a leader in the kitchen developing strong cohesive teams that share his passion for food.
